Roger Zach

My husband, also Roger, and about two months younger, went to "Mr Rogers" for many years and purchased many hairpieces from him. After my husband had a stroke in 2012, Roger Z. and a friend, drove all the way to Galena to cut my Roger's hair and style a hairpiece. for free! It was so kind of him and I know he did it for many others in nursing homes, etc. My husband died in April of 2020. They were both great guys and may they both rest in peace!

We just heard about Roger's passing and our hearts are broken. Roger took me into his home and life when I was a student in Guttenberg High school. I lived in the room behind the barber shop . He was a great person and support in my life. He will hold a honored place in our family , all my children remember him from our visiting over the years. Malcolm and Kathryn Wall

Kelly and Chris, our hearts are heavy with the passing of your father. We loved Roger so much and enjoyed every visit we had with him! Roger was the only person that cut Lee's hair for over 50 years! We often traveled from Central Iowa just for a hair cut! Mostly for the friendship. We have a lot of memories on the paddleboat, playing volleyball in the river and just having a great time. We will cherish our last visit with him. Roger will live in our hearts forever.

I just heard Roger passed. I worked for your dad many years ago selling Hombre hair care products and was involved with him in Mannatech after that. He truly was a super salesman and a great guy to know. Always upbeat and positive! My sincerest sympathies.

I just saw that Roger passed away. I wanted to send my condolences to the family. Roger was such a good friend to my dad, Bill Wallace. I think they were friends for over 50 years. Even when my dad couldn’t drive anymore, I would take him up to visit Roger twice a month to get his hair done, and we enjoyed those visits so much! Roger always treated my dad with dignity and respect and even made special trips down to the nursing home to cut dad’s hair later. Roger loved to share all his wonderful stories of his life and it was always fun! What a good man he was and he will be so missed. I hope dad and him are up there laughing and carrying on like they used to .

Kelly and Chris, My heart is heavy for you and for myself. The friendship your Dad and Bernard shared was cherished by both of them, and how we all will miss. Together they were the best comedians on the stage of life, they knew how to hold an audience. I have tears in my heart as I write this to you. You were your Dads treasures, and Bernard felt the same way. God bless you two and all of his wonderful family.8WLpF
