Marty Brick, 62, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Living Center West.
Marty was born on February 25, 1959 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of Thomas and Doris (Countryman) Brick. Marty graduated from Tipton High School in 1977. He was an avid Cubs fan and was a very kind man that was always helping others in need. At Christmas time, he enjoyed picking a name off the angel tree.
He is survived by brother Marvin (Karen) Brick of West Branch, Iowa; sister Marlene (Charles) Gann of Lamar, Oklahoma; nephews Darrall (Nicki) Brick, Gerry (Leslie) Brick of West Branch, nieces Lu Ann Miles of Tiffin, Iowa, Tonya (Scott) Olivo of Holdenville, Oklahoma, Lisa (Leon) West of Moore, Oklahoma, Stacy (Tim) McMullen, Shawnee, Oklahoma, and Stephanie (Clint) Garrett, Moore, Oklahoma and many great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by a special friend Sheryl Craddock.
Marty was preceded in death by his parents.
At Marty’s request, he will be cremated and there will be no services.
