Mark W. Beiner
He was one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. We only met him a few times at his Mother-in-law Ellie's house but he acted like we were friends forever. He and Nanette were the perfect couple. Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to Nanette and all his family, friends and loved ones. May he Rest in Peace.
I can't believe he has left us. I first met Mark shortly after he graduated from Dike High. We both enjoyed riding motorcycles. We would take many rides together whether they were short evening trips to Waverly for buritos, day trips to Iowa Falls, weekend trips to Wisconsin or MInnesota or even the week long trip we took to Tennessee. We also enjoyed skiing at Galena, Dubuque and several trips to Colorado. He was my best man at my wedding. I will treasure those memories. Larry Guthrie
So many things can be said about this POSITIVE young man. Glad to be able to have called him friend.
I was able to meet Mark a couple of times through my sister Diane. I could right away tell that he was a fun guy to hang around with. He was much younger than his age and will be missed greatly by his circle of friends.
My thoughts and prayers go out to Nanette and family. I met Mark well over a decade ago, when my neighbor and I wanted to ride RAGBRAI one summer. He willingly introduced us to his biking friends (Lizard Kings) and we were welcomed with open arms. What a wonderful adventure and experience... thanks to Mark and his cheery, kind and thoughtful disposition. I have been grateful to call him my friend these past many years, and am thankful for all of the wonderful people that I have come to know through Mark. He will truly be missed... but never forgotten.
