Jean Olive Kaelber
Dear Candice and family, I just learned of your mothers death. You will be in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
Dear Kealber family, I just learned of Jean’s passing. I just want you to know that my heart goes out to you, such a great loss. I have so many fond memories of Jean, she was such a kind amazing person. I loved her so much, I’ll always remember how kind she was to my brother when he was sick in his last year of life. He mentioned how kind she was to him quite often before he died. Jean and I had a lot of great times together, I still have some cherished gifts that she gave me, they alway make me think of her. I’m sure you are all missing her so much. Best wishes to you all, Haida
Hi Candice thinking about you and your family at this difficult time.I loved working with your mom at Mercy Home Health Care. She was a special lady and will be greatly missed.Take care
Dear Kaelber Family, My condolences. Jean had an innate gift to help people in a good and fun way. She was also a delight to work with during our Mercy Iowa City days. In 1999 I broke my leg and Jean was so kind to me. She drove me to work as I could not drive for two months! I know she was passionate about the goals of Iowa City Hospice and dignified end of life care. She leaves a good legacy. Take care, your Mother was a dear.
Candy, Mitch, John, I was so sorry to hear of Jean’s passing, but comforted by knowing her suffering is over and thrilled that she is now reunited with Will and Bill. What an event that must be! John Phelan
