Darwin Beers, 76, of Dubuque, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019. There will be no memorial services per his request.
Darwin Theodore Beers was born November 7, 1942, to Robert and Carol (Carmer) Beers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Darwin graduated from Washington High School and Kirkwood College. He was employed by Wilson Packing, Iowa Manufacturing and retired from Quaker Oats.
Darwin is survived by his daughter Teresa (Keith) Beers-Wesolowski of Genesee, WI; son David Beers of West Allis, WI; stepmother Sara Spencer Beers of Solon, IA; and half-sisters Nancy (Stephen) Anderson of Florida and Robin (Jeff) Ruzicka of Solon, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Robert G. Beers.
