Randy is survived by his mother, Ann Vogel of Cedar Falls; sister, Cindy and her husband Kim Ackerson of Cedar Falls; two nephews, Joe Ackerson of Cedar Falls; and Nathan (Laura) Ackerson of Manning, Iowa
He is preceded in death by his father, Jay Rogers; nephew, Justin; and grandparents
