Bill Allen Spence

Sorry to here of Bills passing. I worked with Bill in the Maintenance Department at DAEC and I can attest he was well respected by everyone he cane into contact with and will be truly missed. Cancer is a nasty disease so now the he is in gods hands may he Rest In Peace.

I worked with Bill at DAEC and know he earned everyone of those grey hairs. As a union steward and mechanical foreman, he was an honorable advocate for anyone when it is needed. I admired his ability and conviction to step up and take a stand for the working man. My sympathies to his family.

We are so sorry to read that Bill lost his battle with cancer. You both were terrific neighbors. We do miss his gardening skills. FYI: We have bought a house in CR and will be moving in the spring. We plan to keep the same email for a while. Please let us know when you will have Bill's celebration of life.

We were sorry to hear this news but would be selfish to wish him any more pain than he has gone thru the past few years. We have lots of memories to look back and reflect on. Keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers. Dennie & Nita

Christy and I send our condolences. I never really got to know Bill very well, but it appears he was a great guy. It is hard to loose a spouse I am sure. God Bless you all and may the fond memories of Bill be ever lasting. Dave & Christy
