Anna Belle Padavich
Anna B. Padavich passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 21, 2019, at her home in Ottumwa, Iowa.
Anna was born March 4, 1945, to Rudolph and Katherine Moorman. She grew up in Centerville, Iowa and proudly graduated from Centerville High School. In 1962, Anna was united in marriage to Larry Padavich. From that union, three children were born, Larry, Mitchell and Suzanne “Annie”.
She later went on to work as Teacher’s Associate for Ottumwa Community Schools from 1982 to 2007. She also served as a local 2003 Union Steward for several years. In her free time Anna enjoyed cooking and sewing, but above all else she enjoyed spending time with her tight-knit family.
Anna is survived by her sons Larry W. (Chris) Padavich Jr. and Mitchell R. Padavich (Veleta Jackson), both of Ottumwa; daughter Suzanne “Annie” (Dale) Bonjour of Ottumwa; six grandchildren Justin (Shelby) DenHartog, Matthew DenHartog, Zachary, Zane, Reid and Jagr Padavich, all of Ottumwa; two great grandchildren Barrett Den Hartog and Lennox Den Hartog of Ottumwa, siblings Fred (JoAnn) Moorman of Mystic, Bill (Mary Beth) Moorman of Centerville, sister-in-law JoAnn Moorman of Mystic and Clyde (Annie) Moorman of Modesto, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Patrick Wayne Padavich; brothers Roy Moorman, Gene Moorman, John Moorman and sister-in-laws Barb Moorman and Diane Moorman.
