Fredrick John Rork was born on May 6, 1940, to Leonard and Addie (Oberholtz) Rork in Adair, Iowa.
Fred is survived by his sons Rodney (Rhonda) Rork of Humboldt and Darin (Lori) Rork of Forest City; grandchildren Nicole (Justin) Hamand of Rockford, IA, Natalie Rork of Des Moines, Ethan Rork of Garner, IA, and Holly (Nick) Powell of Des Moines; and great-grandchildren Ryan and Hailey Hamand of Rockford, IA, and Tenley and Bernadette Powell of Des Moines. He's is also survived by brother Jim Rork of Altoona, IA, sister Ella Brosh of Milford, IA and sister Ester Wark of Milton, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Amy DeGeus, sister Edith Norris, and sister Evelyn Brown.
