Clifford E. Barrett, 86 of Hiawatha died Saturday January 6, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital Per Cliff’s request the will be no visitation or service. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Linda, a daughter Stacie Reeder of Cedar Rapids; a son Kelly of Texas; a brother Kenneth of Cedar Rapids and three grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Clifford was born on April 27, 1931 in Cedar Rapids the son of Arthur and Hazel Hinkel Barrett. He married Linda I. Longshore on March 17, 1962 in Vinton.
Cliff worked for Blanknik Construction Co. for many years. He enjoyed the Hawkeyes, going to the casino, fishing and the time spent with his friends and beloved family.
