Michael Dulin, 71, of Cedar Rapids, passed away at St. Lukes Hospice, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on September 4, 2017. Per Michael’s request, no services are planned at this time.
Michael was survived by his wife, Marilee, of 48 years. Daughter, Angie(Jeff)Johnson, Cedar Rapids, and son Joe(Maegan)Dulin, Carrolton, GA. Grandchildren, Ciara(David), Cameron, and Delilah. Great granddaughters, Bella and London. Brother Randy(Darlys)Dulin, Menomonie, WI. Several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Glen Dulin, Gladys Dulin-Smee, sister, Cheryl Loeffler, and brother, Rick Dulin.
Michael Eugene Dulin was born June 27, 1946 in Vinton, Iowa. He served his country in the United States Army, in Germany and Vietnam, for four years. During most of adult life , he enjoyed being a truck driver, which he demonstrated a passion for the career over the years. Michael loved to watch the food channels. He loved life, and fought hard until the end.
