Jack Duree, of Marshalltown, IA (formerly of Des Moines, IA), passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown.
Jack Charles Duree was born to Jeff Seth Duree and Rovenna (DeBorde) Duree on February 19, 1928 in Des Moines, IA. Jack served in the Marines and Army in World War Two and Korea. After his service he worked as a utility man for Firestone.
Jack is survived by his daughter Sharon (David) Metcalf of Boone, IA; brother John Trujillo of Dallas, TX; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.
