Richard Ronald Reeves, better known as Rick, passed away at home on February 21, 2017.
Rick was born in Estherville, IA to Chester and Myrtle (Randolph) Reeves on September 7th, 1936. He grew up and received his education in Plainfield, IA. He was united in marriage to Marge Dietz on February 22, 1959.
Rick and Marge lived in the Waverly,IA area before moving to the Marengo, IA area where they ran a wood turning and wood spinning wheel business.
Rick is survived by his wife, Marge Reeves, brother Royce Reeves, sister Bobbie Reints and several nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents Chester and Myrtle (Randolph) Reeves and brother Roger Reeves.
There will be no visitation or funeral services but there will be a celebration of his life on Sunday March 5th, 2017 from 2 to 5 pm at 707 Main Street in Plainfield, IA.
