Dennis Allen Greene, 73, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, March 24, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids from Stage 4 cancer.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Bellevue, IA. Iowa Cremation is assisting the family.
Survivors include his Significant Other, Pat Beltz of Cedar Rapids; Sons, McIntosh (Jennifer) Greene and Michael (Jolene) Greene; grandchildren, McIntosh Greene Jr. and Jessica Creden; sister, Donna Bryant; faithful dog, love of his life, Peppi.
He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Dennis Allen Greene was born February 20, 1943 in Mt. Vernon, IL. Denny worked as a production manager at Flexonics in Bartlett, IL for many years. He was an avid fisherman, golfer, bowler, pool player and especially enjoyed spending time at the river. Denny was a member of the Eagles Lodge 2272 and Moose Lodge 515. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
