Mrs. Alice Helen Mason, of Corydon, IA, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Corydon Specialty Care in Corydon. Cremation and arrangements are being handled by Iowa Cremation.
Alice Helen Chapman was born to Sellie Chapman and Pearl (Holben) Chapman on October 14, 1920 in Holyoke, Colorado. On December 13, 1943, Alice married Ivan Mason, Jr. in Princeton, Missouri. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Alice is survived by her husband; daughter Beverly Granz of Trapper Creek, Alaska; grandchildren Lance Myers of Wheatland, California; Blane Myers of Brown’s Valle, California; Callan Merenda of Rocklin, California; Nicki White of Modesto, California; and Daymon Chiddester of Modesto, California; and brother Harold Chapman of Clariton, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Wayne Champan; step-sisters Betty Chapman and Margaret Chapman; and granddaughter Krista Elliott.
