James Anagnos
James E. Anagnos, 66 of Conrad Iowa died on August 15, 2016 in Marshalltown after a brief battle with cancer.
He was born October 28, 1949 in Dover, NH the son of Lois and Robert Anagnos, and lived most of his life in the area.
He was a longtime foreman at Textron (Davidson Rubber) and later worked for FW Webb before retiring and moving to Iowa.
He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping and taking care of animals and being with family, especially special gatherings. He also enjoyed carpentry and Nascar and was the family go to "fix it" man.
He is survived by his sons Rich and his wife Renee and beloved Granddaughter Amber of Iowa, Son Jim and Grandson Nicholas of Rochester, Mother Lois Anagnos of Somersworth, Sister Dottie Bridges of Rochester, Sister Gail Lempke and her Husband Danny of New Durham, several Nephews and extended family.
Private services will be conducted at a later time.
