Steve Clair
Steve Clair, 60, of Colo, Iowa, died Monday, April 4, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Izaak Walton League in Newton, Iowa. We are also planning "Steve’s Last Ride" that will be announced at a later date.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Debby; two children: son Jacob (Briget) of Ankeny and daughter Crystal (Ben) of Collins; five grandchildren: Cassidy, Hannah, Hunter, Harley, and Brazen; and many extended friends and family members.
He is preceded in death by his parents James and Ellen(Selby) Clair.
Steve was born July 16, 1955 in Newton, Iowa. He proudly served in the United States Army for 5 1/2 years. His greatest love was spending time with his family.
