Sue C. Shirk, 82, of Janesville, died Friday, March 20. Memorial service will be held on March 30, 2015 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church in Janesville.
Sue was born July 2, 1932 in Janesville, Iowa, the daughter of Glen W. and Grace M. Smalling Shere. She married Walter W. Shirk, August 27, 1950. They were married 59 years. Sue and Alfred Hansen were married April 4, 2014. She was a school bus driver for Janesville Cons. School for many years. She enjoyed her church, family, collecting cookbooks and crocheting.
Survived by her husband, Alfred Hansen; two sons, Thomas of Janesville; Ronald (Deb) of Erie, IL; and a daughter, Cynthia (F. Lee) Touchberry of Colorado Springs, CO; Six grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
