David Allen Stickley Jr, 34, of Marion, passed away Friday July 10, 2015. A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm Saturday July 18, 2015, at St. James United Methodist Church. Inurnment will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include his son, Caleb Stickley of Marion, Iowa, his father, David (Carol) A. Stickley Sr. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, his siblings; Christopher (Amanda) Petersen of Appleton, Wisconsin, Dawn Stickley and Tiffany Stickley, both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and nieces and nephews; Tiara, Monica, Devin, Tannon and Emma. He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Stickley and grandparents, Neville and Betty Boyle and Dale and Florence Stickley.
David was born February 2, 1981 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the son of David and Catherine (Boyle) Stickley. David was a sheet metal Journeyman for Universal Climate Control. He enjoyed fishing, camping and Iowa Hawkeyes, but it was his seven year old son Caleb that truly was the light of his life.
