Jack “Jake” R. Willett, 58, of Anamosa passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Crestridge Nursing Home in Maquoketa. Services will be held at a later date.
Jack Ray Willett was born on January 14, 1957 to James and Helen Phelps Willett in Cedar Rapids. He was united in marriage to Linda Toner on September 29, 1990 in Anamosa. Jack was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. He will be forever remembered as a loving husband and wonderful father.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; daughters, Kristina (fiancée, Brody Rasmusson) Willett and Kara Willett both of Anamosa, Katrina Justice of Cedar Rapids; and 4 sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
