So sorry to hear of the passing of this great lady, we worked together at OEO then for the American Cancer Society, we made many trips to Des Moines for meetings laughing all the way, Cassie's ability to tell a story was awesome, we both enjoyed the antique business and visited many times in her shop. I have thought of her many times through the years, may God Bless.
To the Lind family our deepest sympathy. Having Cassie as part of our family was such a joy. She and Leo were such a unique couple. We have missed her, especially at cocktail hour. Loved that Irish woman. May she rest in peace.
My sincerest condolences to all of you. I have many treasured memories of our times together, especially her support in introducing me to the mores and oddities of a new country. Again - my sympathy to a wonderful legacy she left behind. Elvira CZRU2
What a truly amazing woman she was! I can still hear her laughter and East Coast accent! I know your family has many memories to comfort you and you also have the love of each other. Never let that go! May God Bless each of you.
My sincerest condolences to the entire Lind family, especially Terry & Kevin. I met Terry years ago when she and Jim were church youth leaders and I met Kevin (reacquainted) through our companies in the Des Moines area. It is truly the worst thing to lose a loving family member, but also a blessing to know the loved one no longer suffers from illness and pain. You all have my sympathies. Roxanne Wilken
