Ronald G. Collins, 59, of Knoxville, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at the VA Central Iowa Healthcare System in Des Moines. Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 17 at 12:30 PM at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery.
Ronald George Collins was born on November 23, 1954 to Raymond and Patty Welshons Collins in Knoxville, Iowa. He proudly served in the US Navy for 12 years.
He is survived by his children, Bennett and Christopher Collins.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Creta; and two brothers.
