Mike "Bongo" "Tiny" Spearman, 67, of West Point, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at the Great River Hospice House in West Burlington. No services are planned at this time.
Mike LeRoy Spearman was born on February 10, 1947 to Neal and Marcy Spearman in Burlington, Iowa. He worked as a truck driver for Wal Mart for 15 years. Mike enjoyed hunting, fishing, and traveling and was a member of the Moose Lodge in Mt. Pleasant.
Mike is survived by his children, Annette Saunders of Ozark, AR; Jim Spearman of Salem; Lori (Kris) Amberger, Jason and Melissa Spearman all of West Point; his mother, Marcy; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Rich and Bill Spearman, Gay Gains, and Joe Spearman.
He was preceded in death by his dad and grandparents.
