Judith Ann Anderson
Judith Ann Anderson, 69 passed away Sunday March 23, 2014 at the Solon Care Center in Solon Iowa. A celebration of life service will beheld at a later date.
Judith was born June 19, 1944 to Earl and Mary (Volk) Anderson in Iowa City, Iowa. She graduated from Regina High School in Iowa City, She then went on to attend college in California where she earned a Stationary Engineer Degree.
Judith worked in California for many years until her retirement where she then moved back to Iowa and worked as a Technician at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
Judith was a long term member of the Stationary Engineers Local 39, FOE Eagles Auxiliary 695, and Women of the Moose.
Judith is survived by her brother Earl (Karen) Anderson of Platteville WI, and sisters Barbara (Derrell) Dempster of Ely IA, and Virginia O’Dell of North Liberty IA. Judith will be missed greatly by her loving nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, her loving poodle Lucy.
Judith is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Connie Broulik, Lorna Jane Anderson, and brother William Anderson,
A memorial fund will be established in Judith’s Name.
