Mary Ann Jones, 70, of Davenport, died Friday July 11, 2014 at her home of cancer.
Born January 12, 1944 in Pulaski, Virginia, she was the Daughter of Richard and Mary Speth. On October 13, 1962 she married Kenneth Dale Jones in Yuma, Arizona. Mrs. Jones was a Bartender at Herb’s Tap in Davenport and she was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 26 in Davenport. With her husband, she was a member of the Gold Wing Touring Association Chapter H of Illinois. She also enjoyed Pool, Darts, Bingo, and being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons; David Jones and Shawn Jones of Davenport; one daughter, Debra Jones of Davenport; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a very close friend, John White.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
A memorial gathering will be from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday July 19th, 2014 at her residence, 1523 W 13th St. Davenport, IA.
