Donald Eugene McNeal, 91, of Muscatine, Iowa passed away July 20, 2014. As were his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no visitation and no service. He has gone to be with his Lord and Savior.
Donald is survived by his wife Barbara McNeal, whom he married on October 6, 1946; son Rodd McNeal of Letts, Iowa; and two daughters: Kim Smith of Cape Coral, FL, and Libby Patzer of Bettendorf, IA.
