Willis (Bill) Youells

My prayers and condolences to the family. I lived next door to the Youells family in Council Bluffs. The last time I saw Bill was when I was at Iowa State. I stopped by their home one Saturday and had a great conversation catching up on the years that had past.

I'm sorry to hear about Bills passing. My father, Dave Williams and Bill were co-workers at the DOT for many years. My father and mother Florence lived in Ames but they always had fun at parties and dancing with Val and Bill. In fact when I moved to the Cedar Rapids area in 1971 Bill was one of the first people I met. He helped me move to a new apartment. After my dad retired they didn't see much of each other but stayed connected with Christmas cards. Bill and Val remained good friends. May all the great memories of Bill help you through this difficult time. In sympathy, Sue (Susie Williams) Anderson
