Robert Eugene Moffit was born on August 20, 1938 to Wayne and Martha (Moffit) in Green Valley, East of North English, Iowa. He married Gay Hedrick on December 29, 1956. They have 3 daughters: Debbie(Clay) Toler of Glen Allen, VA, Sherrie( Ron) Maschmann, Millersburg, IA. Kristi Hargis, Council Bluffs, IA.
Robert enjoyed riding his horses and made many long rides in the State. Robert was cremated by Eastern Iowa Cremation Service. His funeral will be Saturday October 12, 2013 at 11 A.M. at the North English Community Center with visitation 1 hour before the service. There will be a visitation with the family at the home on Friday October 11 any time of the day or evening. Burial will be at the Piersol Cemetery. Robert''s wish was come as you are.
