Obituary for Amanda Rose Krizan-Condry

Amanda Rose Krizan Condry, 37 of Cedar Rapids died Tuesday January 8, 2013 at her home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at1:30 PM on Saturday at St. Mark''s Lutheran Church where friends may visit with the family after 12:30 PM. on Saturday. Rev. Steve Qualben will officiate. Inurnment at the Riverside Cemetery in Anamosa. Iowa Cremation in charge of arrangements. Survivors include her children Sam Condry (age 17) and Magge Krizan (age 15) ; her parents Dale and Donna (Secrist) Condry; her sister Holly (Jeff) Chittick; sister-in-law Libby (Ty) Hess; stepbrothers Darin (Karen) Secrist, Darel (Laura) Secrist, and David (Sarah Vargason) Secrist; paternal grandmother Ardith Condry and maternal grandfather Robert Johnson; several nieces and nephews, in addition to aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her mother Donna Bea; a brother Rob Condry; maternal grandmother Bea Johnson, and paternal grandfather Dale Condry Sr. Amanda was born on March 5, 1975 in Cedar Rapids. She attended Kennedy High School and on November 2, 1996 she married John Krizan. They were later divorced. Amanda was a devoted and loving mother, daughter and sister and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
