Robert "Bob" Wayne Fowler Waddell, 71, of Cedar Rapids, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at his home surrounded by his family.
He is survived by three children Robert Waddell (Cate McLearnon); Lisa Noethe; and Tammy Osten; longtime friend and business partner Suzanne Claypool; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren all of Cedar Rapids.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Alan Waddell, and son-in-law Scott Noethe.
Robert Wayne Fowler Waddell was born June 26, 1941 in Iowa City, Iowa. Bob own and operated many restaurants including; Jethro''s BBQ House in Woodville, Texas, Paul Reveres in New Hall, and Van Horne Café. His passion was his motorcycle and he enjoyed long rides with his family and friends to Mt. Home and Eureka Springs, Arkansas for Bluegrass festivals.
