Obituary for Robert T. Crow

Robert T. Crow, 90, of Garnavillo, died Tuesday February 19, 2013 at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital. Iowa Cremation is in charge of the arrangements. There will be no service or visitation. Survivors include his children; Robert (Linda) Crow of Springfield, Missouri, Michael of Peplin, Wisconsin, Linda (Beuford) Barnhart of Guttenberg, Iowa, Jeffrey Crow of Garnavillo, Dennis (Susan) Crow of Jesup, Iowa and Jody (Cindy) Crow of Guttenberg. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bettie Jean Crow, his parents, two brothers, Donald and Ray, a sister, Maxine and a grandson, Paul. Robert was born June 4, 1922 in Garrison, Iowa, the son of Eugene and Hazel Crow. He married Bettie Jean Davis on June 5, 1944 in Waterloo, Iowa. Robert occupation was farming. He also was a carpenter and a cheese maker. His favorite pastime was woodworking, gardening and spending time with his family and friends. Robert served in the Army during World War II. He will greatly missed by his family and friends.
