Lori Ann James, 51, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday Morning December 18th, 2013. May she rest in peace with her best friend Jim Fountain.
She leaves behind her son Jonathan James (Mandy Loring) and grandson Gabe, which was her pride and joy. She also leaves behind her grandmother Gladys James of Cedar Rapids, father Willard B. James (Judy Martin) of Cedar Rapids , mother Carol James of Cedar Rapids, brothers; Charles (Tina) James of Olin, Jeff James of Waterloo, a sister; Lisa James of Cedar Rapids, Nieces; Kayla (Chris) Orr, Amber James and a nephew Justin James.
Lori is preceded in death by her grandfather Willard E. James and her aunt Pat Christianson
Lori enjoyed volunteering at First Lutheran Church and the Abby Center. She enjoyed drawing and singing with Lisa.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday December 30, 2013 at First Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids.
Memorials may be directed her son Jonathan or First Lutheran Church.
