Gary A. Swanstrom
My deepest sympathies to Gary's family. I only knew "Garg" from work but I knew from the first day I met him that I had made a friend for life. We have lost a most unique and colorful part of our lives. Rest well, my friend. You will truly be missed.
Our deepest sympathies on your loss. Gary was a dear friend and we'll miss his joie de vivre.
I met Gary when I first started working at Collins over 23 years ago. He ALWAYS had a smile and nice greeting every time you crossed his path. I will miss his friendly face and beautiful smile. Thoughts and prayers go out to family, friends, and co-workers.
You could always learn something when you worked with Gary. He will be missed by many.
Many many good memorable moments working with Gary over the last 27 years. We'll miss ya "Gargy".
Gary was my best friend since we were children growing up in Richfield MN. Not a day goes by that I don't think of Gary and how much I miss him. I have so many memories of times I've spent with him. Helping him on the "Farm", seeing him go through all the changes in his life. Knowing who is was and how he believed and cared for everyone he met. We have lost a good person and gained a wonderful angel who is now watching over all of us.
Gary was kind, generous, smart, and always good for sharing a laugh. It was a privilege to know him and to work with him. My condolences to his family. I will miss you pal!
Gary was one of the best people I've had the pleasure to work with. He was very smart and caring and would do anything for a friend. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.
Gary was my neighbor for about six years. You never knew what he was up to. Always on the move. Always willing to lend a helpful hand. He was a great guy and will be truly missed. Rest in peace.
Until we meet again ... Love Sam
I had the pleasure to work with Gary quite often for the past 20 years. He was a solid worker and took alot of pride in his work. I will certainly miss you Gary. My condolences to his family.

You would have been 51 today.......there is not a day tghat goes by that I dont think of you.... you LIVED your life to the fullest you LAUGHED often you LOVED deeply You are now our daughters guardian angel.. I miss your smile and the sound of your laughter....
To Gary's family and friends I would like to offer my deepest sympathy for your loss. Since I'm very sad to hear of his passing I share your sorrow and loss. Gary and I go way back as coworkers in the EMI lab. Like others have said, he was always up to something and had lots of projects he was working on but was never too busy to offer his help and opinion. We shared lots of laughs together and probably got in trouble a time or two for having too good of a time at work, but oh well. Gary was a kind of guy who could always make me laugh, sometimes just by looking at him. That's not a comment about his looks, just looking at him would remind me of a "Gary" story and that would totally crack me up. He had a sort of magnetic personality and took full advantage of that talent, if you know Gary, you know what I mean. I'm not sure how religious Gary was, but I seem to remember a time when he was reading the bible daily. Anyway, I think Gary was a religious person, had a good heart and didn't seem to ever hold grudges or speak ill of others. I will miss my dear friend!
The best friend a guy could have, you will definitely be missed my friend.
I worked with Gary for 5 years and just heard of his passing. I could always count on Gary to put a smile on my face. I'll never forget him always saying "good morning sunshine!." The halls of building 106 won't be the same. Rest in peace Gary.
I will miss you!!!
