Obituary for Eleanor M. Gormley

Eleanor M. Gormley, 86, a resident of the Linn Manor Care Center died there on Sunday May 13, 2012 after a short illness. Private family services will be held on Wednesday May 16, 2012. Iowa Cremation is in charge of arrangements. Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl (Richard) Lunsford of Cedar Rapids, Deana (Larry) Moses of Ruidoso, New Mexico and a son Gerald (Terry) of Idaho Falls, Idaho. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband. Eleanor was born on August 13, 1925 in Midwest, Wyoming and later married Stanley Gormley in Wyoming. He died in 1990. Eleanor was in sales at Sears and retired from there after 21 years of service. Eleanor was a wonderful wife, mother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
