Earl Everitt Patrick
Hello. My parents, Will and Dory Kenn, enjoyed eating at Patrick's Cafe and had a good friendship with Earl and Helen. During the time when my family owned the movie theatre and lived above it we often ate at the Cafe. I remember Earl or Helen taking our order and then cooking the meal. I wanted to pass along my condolences. I am sorry for your loss. Carolyn (Kenn) Brewster
Dear Helen, family & friends of Earl, Since hearing the news of Earl's death we have held all of you in our thoughts and prayers, giving thanks to God for the blessings of friendship we had in knowing Earl. May you find comfort in the Resurrection Promise of our Lord Jesus, and may you be blessed through the support and love of your many friends.
Helen, We extend our sympathy for your loss. We didn't realize that Gary had also passed away. He was a top-notch athlete when we were in Elkader. I always appreciated the support of his parents. Fond memories.
To Helen Harley and Joyce, Sorry to hear of Earls loss. I remember befor ever living in Elkader when Owen, Bob and I were camping at the trout hatchery and needed despertaty to eat late at night. Finding Patricks the only place open we were waited on,entertained and fed by Earl. He was also the cook. Over the years nothing changed. Last week I was telling my future wife of speckendecken. And the invite to the St. Olaf home to enjoy it. I will always have the card playing Earl in my thoughts in the afternoons at Genes. Sorry for the loss. Tom Sandersfeld
