Lucille J. Ellison, 85, of Oelwein, died March 3, 2011 at Mercy Hospital following an extended illness. Arrangements entrusted to Iowa Cremation.
Surviving are her daughter, Julie Anton and husband Edward of Las Vegas, NV.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl; brothers, Alfred, Bill, Edmund; and sisters, Elizabeth Kunde, and Florence Ellis.
Lucy was born July 20, 1925 in Amana the daughter of Fred and Christina (Rinderknecht) Gunzenhauser. She was united in marriage to Carl Ellison on April 13, 1946. She was a wonderful and loving wife and mother who will be greatly missed.
