Dear Aunt Kathy and Family, To us, Uncle Irv was a loving and joyful man who always made everyone feel that they were the most important person in the world. We could always count on lots of hugs, fun, and laughter whenever we came for a visit. Mary and I especially remember how much he enjoyed Kelly and Andrew when they were small, and the feeling was certainly mutual. He will be very much missed in our family. Our condolences to all of you and Godspeed Uncle Irv.

Dear Kathy and Family, I felt fortunate to have been able to see Irv while he was still with us. Still remembering and telling stories, in spite of his failing health. Listen carefully, Kathy, as he will probably be visiting you with the birds in your lovely back yard sanctuary.
Remembering the handsome "Little Irvy" staying with Jack, Maxine, Rocky & Doran and attending Center Point School for a short time. I believe I was a teenager. Had not seen him for years until August 30, 2008. He was talking about a hay rack ride we were on and said "You would never mess around." I thought it was a great compliment. Had a giggle over that. I took a photo of him that day, if you would like a copy please email me.
Kathy, I was shocked and saddened to read the paper today. My best wishes for you in the days ahead. In the dictionary under the heading "GOOD GUY" there should be a picture of IRV. Steve

We wanted you to know that we are praying for God to give you strength as you try to live your life without your adoring Irv. What a happy, wonderful man Irv was to all who knew him. I know he and Dougie are up in Heaven sharing stories about the 'Good Ol' Days!' Please know that we're here for you whenever you might need to share. This verse was comforting to me, Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. Our deepest condolences to you and your entire family. God bless Irv, he will certainly be missed.
Sorry kathy. We are a couple steps away if you need anything. Irv went too quickly. We are thinking of you.
