Obituary for Bettie Jean Crow

Bettie Jean Crow, 85, of Garnavillo died Tuesday June 1, 2010. Bettie is survived by her husband Robert, a son Robert (Linda) Crow of Stephen, SD, Michael Crow of Pepin, WI, a daughter Linda (Beuford) Barnhart of Guttenberg, sons Jeffrey Crow of Garnavillo, Dennis (Susan) Crow of Jesup, Jody (Cindy) Crow of Guttenberg and a sister Pearl Lodge of Marion. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Bettie is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, a brother, and a grandson. Bettie Jean Crow was born August 29, 1924 in Fayette, IA the daughter of Hiram and Grace (Tharp) Davis. She married Robert T. Crow on June 5, 1944 in Waterloo, IA. She enjoyed raising her family and helping her husband for the nearly 67 years they have been married.
