Obituary for Raymond Louis Hanson

Raymond Louis Hanson, 81 years of age, of Toronto, Iowa died Saturday, November 28, 2009, in the Mechanicsville Nursing Home. He received his formal education at the Toronto and Wheatland Public Schools. He was employed in the family enterprise of home sawed lumber. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, stationed in Germany. He is survived by one cousin, Melvin Riedesel formerly of Clarence, Iowa. Raymond was the son of Leon Hanson and Fredia W. Wulf. His parents; his 4 uncles, preceeding him in death, which included, Oliver, Oscar, Andrew, and Mike. A graveside service will be held Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Toronto Cemetery.
