Kenneth Alvin Gaul, 84, of Tipton, IA died Saturday, May 9, 2009 at Cedar Manor, Tipton, IA following a brief illness. No services are planned at this time. Per his wishes, he has been cremated. The Cremation Society of Eastern Iowa is assisting the family. Survivors include his children, Sunday Strickler (Tom) of Angleton, TX, Stanley Gaul of Granger, TX, Bradley Gaul (Jill) of Tipton, Kenric Gaul (Jean) of Carrolton, TX & Eric Gaul of Tampa, FL; Sisters, Iola Thompson of Arkansas, Bonnie Agne of Tipton, Ginger Mason of Arizona & Felma Brunsman of Arizona; Brother, Richard Gaul of New Mexico; Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Barbara. Kenneth Alvin Gaul was born April1, 1925 in rural Johnson Co., IA the son of Alba & Alberta (Herring) Gaul. In 1950, he married Barbara Doreen Haynes. She died April 4, 2005. Kenneth sold Combined Life Insurance for many years and was a member of the Tipton Bible Church.
