Mary P. “Paula” Kinzler, 90, of Davenport, Iowa died August 19, 2009 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 10 am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Davenport. Mary Pauline “Paula” Kinzler was born January 23, 1919, in Vienna, Illinois to Willard and Florabell Hill Allard. She worked as a secretary for the U.S. Government during WWII. She married Raymond Kinzler on January 27, 1940. Paula enjoyed listening to Big Band music, Patsy Cline, riding horses, and swimming. Suriviving is a son, James (Jackie) Kinzler of Elkhart, IN; 7 grandchildren, Dianne Bullifin of Knoxville, TN; Kent Bullifin of Shang-hai, China; Scott Kinzler of Terra Haute, IN; Jason Kinzler of Michigan; Brett Kinzler of Vale, CO; and Brian Kinzler of Vale, CO; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild. Paula was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Joseph Kinzler; daughter, Sharon Rae Bullifin; grandson, Raymond Bullifin; and parents.
