Obituary for Virgil Wesley Jaques

Virgil Wesley Jaques, 77, of Iowa Falls, IA died Friday, May 2, 2008, at Heritage Care Center following a long illness. Family graveside services will be held at a later date. The Cremation Society of Eastern-Central-Western Iowa assisted with arrangements. Survivors include his wife Patsy; daughter LeeAnn (Ed) Thomas of Naples, FL; two grandchildren, Evie and Eddie Thomas; nephew George (Cathy) Jaques of Mt Pleasant, IA; and niece Sharon (Greg) Woods of Moberly, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Robert and Marlyn. Virgil was born June 22, 1930 in Iowa Falls to Wesley and Greta Boyington Jaques. He married Patsy Murphy on April 8, 1955 in Iowa Falls. He served with the US Air Force during the Korean War. Virgil was a member of the Iowa Falls VFW.
