Jan, We are so sorry to hear of Don's passing. May you and your family find comfort in your shared memories at this difficult time. I enjoyed working with Don on Finance Committee at church. I think he was proud of holding the record for the longest tenure. He will be greatly missed. Every time I look at an Excel graph I will think of him. Take care.

Just talking to Ken Therkelson who's retiring today 3/28. He brought Don's passing to my attention. Sorry to hear the news. Don was a great guy to work with and for(switching systems). I remember he liked to come work on off ours to work on "fun" projects. He said he had to keep his "programming card" up to date. Gary Lough

Jan, We are so sorry to hear of Don's passing. After many years of knowing each other and even moving between states together Don is deeply missed and you and the girls will always be in our thoughts. Be sure to let us know if there is anything we can do to help in this difficult time. Our memory of Don is that he was always fair and honest in the 30 years we knew him. He will be dearly missed!

Jan & Girls, Mary and I are so sorry to hear of Don's passing! Don was my boss, as well as a mentor, and a friend. I have very fond memories of when we were all together in Cedar Rapids. Don, you, and everyone was like family to us. We all worked and played together to make life interesting and enjoyable. I was reviewing some older photos a short time back, from 1981. Don and several others from work at Collins took the time and effort to help erect and finish our garage. Interestingly, one of the pictures showed Don working with the concrete truck, while the rest of us were standing around like government workers. I chuckled to myself. He always did his fair share and more! Our thoughts are with you at this time. If there is anything we can do, let us know!
