Nancee Annette Luebbert

Nancee A. Luebbert, 58, of Knoxville, Iowa died Saturday, August 02, 2008 at Kavanaugh Hospice House in Des Moines. Per her wishes, she was cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Sioux City. The Cremation Society of Eastern-Central-Western Iowa is assisting with arrangements. Nancee is survived by Eugene, her husband of 25 years; a brother, James (Mary) Cornils of Ann Arbor, MI; daughter, Chelsea Nash (Alexander Wolfe) of Chicago; son, Luther Nash of Coralville; and one granddaughter, Rossignel Wolfe. Nancee was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Connie Andersen; a niece, Carol Cornils; and an ex-husband, Bruce Nash. Nancee Annette Luebbert was born on December 30, 1949 to William and Mabel Lighthall Cornils in Sioux City, Iowa. Nancee graduated from Sioux City East High School in 1968. After receiving training in Lincoln, NE she worked as a printer for many years. She married Eugene Luebbert on October 15, 1982 in Elk Point, South Dakota. Nancee trained as a massage therapist at Mind and Body of Sioux City. Nancee enjoyed motorcycles, belonged to the Lady Road Runners Chapter of Women on Wheels and was a member of AA for 25 years. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Central Iowa, 401 Railroad Place, West Des Moines, IA 50265, or charity of your choice.
