Peggy Ann Cibula, 78, of Marion, Iowa, formerly of Tama, died Saturday April 19, 2008 following an extended illness at Winslow House Care Center. Services: Private. The Cremation Society of Eastern-Central-Western Iowa is assisting with arrangements. Survivors include her sons, Randy (Pam) Cibula of Marion, and Brian (Jane) Cibula of Kellogg, Iowa; grandchildren, Brooke of Marion, Derek of Cedar Rapids, Britni of Marion, Matthew of Grimes, Iowa, Daniel of Kellogg and Anna of Waterloo; great grandchild, Charlee of Grimes; and a brother, James Dumbauld of Tama. She was preceded in death by her husband, John James Cibula in December 2007. Peggy was born June 30, 1929 in Tama, the daughter of Paul and Agnes Clark Dumbauld. She married John James Cibula on October 12, 1952 in Littleton, Colorado. She was a bookkeeper for Gebhardt Motors, Tama County Court House and Recorders Office and for their dairy business. Peggy was a member of St. Patrick''s in Tama where she was lead organist and choir director and played often for wedding and funerals. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Winslow House Care Center for the loving care they gave Peggy.
