Obituary for Richard Kenneth Buser

Richard Kenneth Buser, age 72, of Conesville, Iowa, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a long illness. A memorial service is being held at 6:30PM on Monday, July 16, 2007 at the Grace United Church of Christ on Washington Street in Conesville. The Cremation Society of Eastern Iowa was in charge of arrangements. He is survived by his wife; Bonnie Jean Buser, two sons; Richard Buser Jr. and his wife Irene, Jamey Buser and his wife Daphne, all of Conesville, his mother; Isabelle (McCormick) Buser, two grandchildren; Tiffany Lynn Buser and Cody Lee Buser both of Conesville, three sisters; Audrey Staley of Conesville, Joyce Wookey of Muscatine, and Jane Brenneman of Lone Tree. His father, Lenox Buser, preceded him in death. Richard was born on June 25, 1935, in Conesville. He was united in marriage with Bonnie Jean McCormick on August 8, 1960 in Muscatine, Iowa. They made their home in the Conesville area where Richard farmed and worked the land. To this union two sons were born.
