Nancy Lou Wingert
Nancy L. Wingert, 72, of Perry, IA passed away peacefully on Monday, July 30, 2007 at her home with her children at her side. Per her wishes, Nancy was cremated. A memorial service is pending. Nancy Lou Valentine was born January 10, 1935 to William and Fraulein (Bishop) Wingert in Kansas, IL. She was married to John Paul Wingert for 22 years before John’s passing in 1996. Nancy was employed for 11 years with the Thymes Remembered Tea Room in Perry, IA. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family. Survivors include her children, Virginia Nevels, Steven Price, Carol Price, Susan Busch, Jennifer Wingert, and Coleen Mitchel; a niece Shelly Hurndon; plus twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Sara Price. Memorials may be directed to the Wingert family at 1901 3rd St, Perry, IA 50220 in Nancy’s name.
