Obituary for Sue Rae Bishop

Sue Rae Bishop, 55, of Coralville, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died January 25, 2007 in her home following a brief illness. Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements and Cremation entrusted to the Cremation Society of Eastern Central Western Iowa. Survivors include son Nathan (Aurora) Jiroutek of Cedar Rapids, son Mitchell Jiroutek of Bangkok, Thailand, brother Dennis (Nancy) Bishop of Rockford, IL, grandchildren Chayton Ahedo, Enyeto Jiroutek-Ahedo, and Maya Jiroutek-Ahedo. She was preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Margaret Bishop. Sue Rae Bishop was born March 19, 1951 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the beloved daughter of Lloyd and Margaret (Green) Bishop. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College, and worked for The University of Iowa as a Dental Hygienist for 20 years. Sue was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. A memorial fund has been established in Sue’s honor.
