ia H. Moore, 77, 4424 Sherman St. NE died Monday, September 25, 2006 at her home following a brief illness. There will be no services. Surviving in addition to her husband Art are a daughter, Leslie Urban of Ft. Meyers, FL; a son, Carl Moore of Fenton, MO; four grandchildren, Alex and Logan Urban of Ft. Meyers, FL and Katie and Michael Moore of Fenton, MO; a sister, Elizabeth Gier of Bristol, WI and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers and sisters. Virginia was born July 18, 1929 in Knoxville, TN the daughter of Theodore and Cordellia (Neeley) Hunter. She married Art Moore on June 30, 1958 in Marion. She worked in childcare for the Cedar Rapids School System. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by the Cremation Society of Eastern Iowa.
