Virginia Marie Frueh

Virginia M. Frueh, 79, of West Point, Iowa, passed away Friday, November 17, 2006 at the West Point Care Center in West Point, Iowa. Per her wishes, Virginia was cremated. Memorial services will be held later date. Virginia is survived by her husband Melvin Frueh of Fort Madison, IA; two sons Leon Frueh of Fort Madison, IA and Larry (Jean) Frueh of Donnellson, IA; one daughter Lynn (Walter) Lynch of Donnellson, IA; six grandchildren; four step grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Also surviving are two brothers Arthur Dilsaver of Burlington, IA, and Kenneth Dilsaver of Altoona, PN; plus one sister Gladys (Ray) Williams of Burlington, IA. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. Virginia Marie Dilsaver was born August 21, 1927 to Charles and Dorothy (Struck) Dilsaver in Burlington, IA. She married Melvin Frueh on November 20, 1960 in Burlington, IA at the Harrison Avenue Methodist Church. Virginia attended the Burlington School System and was a housewife, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed embroidery. Memorials may be directed to the West Point Care Center in Virginia’s name.
